Requirements:

Age. Min. 40 yo
Bachelor degree from reputable universities (master preferred), Management/Psychology/Law
Minimum 5 years' experience in the same / related field.
Fluency in English (written and oral).
Has a strong comprehensive knowledge about Human Resource
Has a strong leadership character
