Santika Indonesia Hotels & Resort, a fast growing hotel group with 38 hotels and resorts ranging from luxury to smart hotels is going to open 20 new hotels in 2011. (Medan, Palu, Lombok,Bali, Surabaya, Purwokerto, Cirebon, Jabodetabek )

We are inviting Potential Candidates to meet our challenge for the following position :

Corp. Human Resources Operational Manager (CHROM)
Jakarta Raya

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• The General Qualification of the candidates are as follows :
  • Fluent in English
  • Diploma of University or Hotel Academy
  • Minimum 2 years experience in similar position
  • Maximum 45 years old for General Manager, 40 years old for Managerial level
  • Ready to posted in any city within Indonesia (preferable)
