Finance & Accounting Manager
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Controlled departmental spending and approved expense checks
• Controlled profit and loss performance with full accountability for locating product sources and purchases
• Provide monthly journal enteries, bank reconsilations and financial statements
• Coordinated the closing process with the budgeting process for proper expense management
• Coordinated and evaluated monthly inventory counts and valuations.
• Coordinated actions of auditors at multiple sites and resolved problems occuring during audits.
• Created the accounting system and financial control procedures for the corporation
• Advised management of business's activity's effect on the buttom line and tax liabilities.
• Analyzed financial information and prepare reports, detailing assets, liabilities and capital
• Represented company in settlement of all tax audit issues
• Coordinated sales tax audits
• Calculated and allocated expenses to general ledger by department
• Compiled data for yearly tax returns and financial statements.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Preferably have a certified: Brevet A, B, C
• Required language(s):  English and Mandarin
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
• Strong in leadership.
• Action oriented
• Focused on solving immediate problems
• Closely coordinated with all departments to ensure smooth operation.
• Extremely motivated and focused
• Able to identified problems and propose solutions
